Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of the TS Fast Auto Logistics, LLC website and our auto transport brokerage services.

Welcome to TS Fast Auto Logistics, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website at tsfastautologistics.com or booking any vehicle transport service through us, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

1. Our role as a broker

TS Fast Auto Logistics, LLC is a licensed property broker operating under authority granted by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We do not own or operate motor vehicles, trucks, trailers, or any transport equipment. We arrange vehicle transportation by connecting customers with independent, third-party motor carriers ("Carriers") who perform the actual pickup, transport, and delivery of vehicles.

We are not the motor carrier providing your transport service. When you book with us, we act as your agent to locate an authorized carrier on your route, coordinate pickup and delivery, and facilitate communication between you and the carrier. The carrier is solely responsible for the physical transportation of your vehicle and for any damage that occurs during transport.

All Carriers in our network are independently licensed, insured, and authorized by the USDOT and FMCSA. Before assigning a carrier to your shipment, we verify:

  • Active operating authority (MC number) and USDOT number
  • Current commercial auto liability insurance
  • Current cargo insurance at or above FMCSA minimums
  • FMCSA safety rating and out-of-service status
  • Proof of process agent (BOC-3) filing

Upon your request, we will provide a list of authorized motor carriers we may use to transport your vehicle. You may also verify any carrier's authority and insurance directly through the FMCSA's public database at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.

2. Quotations and pricing

All prices quoted on our website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your shipment details. You acknowledge that quotes may change if:

  • Your pickup or delivery location changes
  • The vehicle description changes (size, condition, modifications)
  • The vehicle is inoperable when it was described as operable
  • The pickup or delivery is inaccessible to a full-size carrier
  • You request a different transport type or expedited service

Our 30-day TruePrice Guarantee locks your quoted price for 30 days from the date of your quote, provided no shipment details change. If national market rates rise during that window, we cover the difference on the carrier portion of your price.

3. Booking and payment

Booking is confirmed when you approve the quote and we assign a Carrier to your shipment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Your quote is a single, estimated total price for the transport of your vehicle
  • No deposit is required at the time of booking, unless a deposit is stated in your written quote or signed authorization
  • Payment of the total is due at delivery
  • Before pickup, your advisor confirms how and to whom payment is made; part of the total may be collected by the Carrier at delivery, typically by cashier's check, money order, or credit card

Failure to pay at delivery may result in the Carrier retaining possession of the vehicle until payment is made.

4. Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: No charge if canceled before a Carrier is assigned
  • After dispatch, before pickup: A dispatch fee may apply to cover the Carrier's travel time
  • After pickup: The shipment cannot be canceled; payment is due at delivery

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle, pickup location, and delivery location
  • Ensure the vehicle is available for pickup at the agreed time
  • Remove all personal items or leave no more than 100 lbs secured below the window line
  • Keep the fuel tank at 1/4 full or less
  • Disable any alarm systems or provide instructions for their use
  • Ensure the vehicle is legally titled and registered in your name
  • Disclose any prior damage, modifications, or mechanical issues

Do not leave valuables, cash, jewelry, electronics, irreplaceable documents, or firearms in the vehicle. Neither TS Fast Auto Logistics nor the Carrier is responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Bill of Lading

The Bill of Lading (BOL) is the legal document describing the condition of your vehicle at pickup and delivery. Both you (or your authorized representative) and the Carrier will sign the BOL at both ends of the shipment.

You must inspect the vehicle carefully at delivery before signing the BOL. Any new damage must be noted on the BOL before signing. Signing without noting damage may waive your right to file a claim.

7. Insurance and damage claims

Every Carrier in our network is required to maintain commercial auto liability insurance and cargo insurance at or above FMCSA minimums. Coverage limits and terms are set by the Carrier's insurance company, not by TS Fast Auto Logistics.

If damage occurs during transport:

  1. Note the damage on the BOL before signing
  2. Take clear photographs of the damage from multiple angles
  3. File a claim directly with the Carrier's insurance company within the timeframe specified by the Carrier (usually 5-15 days)
  4. Notify us by phone at (888) 857-0040 or email at info@tsfastautologistics.com

Claims are adjudicated by the Carrier's insurance company. TS Fast Auto Logistics does not process or pay damage claims directly, but we will assist with coordination and documentation.

8. Delays and force majeure

Estimated pickup and delivery dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical failures, road closures, or other events beyond our control. Neither TS Fast Auto Logistics nor the Carrier is liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS Fast Auto Logistics' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the portion of the total price retained by TS Fast Auto Logistics for that shipment as its brokerage fee. We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by the Carrier (claims must be filed with the Carrier's insurance)
  • Delays, missed appointments, or consequential damages
  • Personal items left in the vehicle
  • Mechanical failures that occur during transport
  • Pre-existing damage or wear noted on the BOL at pickup

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TS Fast Auto Logistics, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) inaccurate information you provide; (c) your violation of any law; or (d) items you leave in the vehicle that cause damage or regulatory issues.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Dispute resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@tsfastautologistics.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as described in Section 11.

13. SMS messaging terms

TS Fast Auto Logistics, LLC sends text messages about your quote and shipment, such as quote follow-ups, pickup and delivery updates, and driver details. You receive texts only if you opt in by checking the optional SMS box on our quote or contact form, or by texting us first.

Your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any shipment-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and TS Fast Auto Logistics, LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
